Appearing around town as part of a series of informational columns, I conceived the idea for this artwork to help greet participants by acknowledging the diversity of states and countries being represented. As a testament to their impact, for the closing ceremonies these signs were placed with markers to allow participants and visitors to leave memories of the event — memories that will be shared for years to come as part of a museum piece in Cleveland.
